AT HOME is a mobile physiotherapy service which caters for those who are housebound or those who find it extremely difficult to leave home to attend physiotherapy treatment.
This may be after recent joint surgery, parents with children, and people with injuries that prevents them driving to appointments. This service also caters for those with busy lifestyles and also people who are unable to leave their workplace.
AT HOME PHYSIOTHERAPY AND REHABILTATIONoffers the following services:
- Hands-on physiotherapy
- Exercise prescription and rehabilitation
- Chest Physiotherapy
- Post Operation rehabilitation (especially knee and hip replacements, knee and shoulder reconstructions and knee arthroscopy)
- Sport injury recovery
- Back injuries
- Mobility enhancement
- Women's health (including incontinence and pregnancy)
- Exercise programs for obesity
- Onsite pre-job screening assessments
- WORKERS COMPENSATIONS
- Department of Veteran Affairs clients
- THIRD PARTY (Motor Accident Authority) clients
- Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program (This requires a Doctor's referral and care plan)
- Rebates are also available from private health funds. No Doctors referral is required for private clients.
